We envision a world where anyone can find a travel experience that aligns with their interests, goals, and travel style, and anyone with a community can become a host. Through a global network of trusted hosts, thoughtfully designed itineraries, and operational support, Nomad Collective will make group travel more accessible, more connected, and easier to bring to life.
Our Story
Eve and Sofia met in 2023 at their local Connecticut skatepark, just two weeks before they were both heading to Europe to travel. It was soon revealed that they both shared passion for the outdoors, traveling, and many overlapping hobbies. Two months later, after connecting in Albania, they realized a joint vision. A vision of life spent traveling, but more importantly sharing the passion with others.
That’s when Nomad Collective was born.
Eve started traveling domestically at 16, then at 18, solo-traveled around Europe. Back in the U.S., she bought a camper van to keep the adventure going. By the age of 20, she had visited 14 countries, many of them solo. Eve spends her time staying active through skateboarding, surfing, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, and yoga. Those who've gotten the chance to meet Eve would tell you about her ability to connect with people from all walks of life, a gift that brings strangers together. Today, Eve has over 300k followers, a community she has built over the past two years.
Sofia studied abroad in Spain while attending the University of Vermont and has explored 13 countries, nearly a third of them solo. She is an adventurer with a deep passion for the outdoors. Sofia can be found on the mountain teaching skiing, scuba diving, skateboarding, mountain biking, or hiking. She graduated from the University of Vermont in 2024, earning a bachelor's in Business Administration. Her education supports her behind-the-scenes work in trip planning, operations, and execution.
Together, Eve and Sofia combine their unique backgrounds, skills, and passions to create unforgettable trips and experiences. Since 2025, Eve & Sofia have hosted eight trips both internationally and domestically, from Thailand to Colorado to Italy. They coordinate and plan every detail, from restaurant reservations and airport transfers to day-by-day itineraries and activity bookings. Every trip brings something new, and that's exactly what keeps them going.
