How do I book a trip?

Browse our upcoming trips, pick your adventure, and click 'Join Trip' to book. Each trip page has full details on dates, pricing, and inclusions. Spots are limited and first-come, first-served.

What's included in the trip price?

Accommodation, guided activities, select meals, airport transport (where listed), and 24/7 on-the-ground support. Flights, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included. Each trip page has a full breakdown of what's included.

What happens after I pay my deposit?

Once your deposit is paid, your spot is secured on the trip! Start packing your bags and book your flight :)After you pay your deposit you will receive an email from us within 1-3 days. This email will include additional trip information, including how to pay for the remainder of your trip.

What's your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Your deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your spot and covers upfront costs. For the remainder of the trip price, refunds depend on how far ahead you cancel. Cancel more than 60 days before departure and you'll receive a full refund of the trip price, minus the deposit. Cancel 30 to 60 days before departure and you'll receive a refund of 75% of the trip price, minus the deposit. Cancel 14 to 29 days before departure and you'll receive a refund of 50% of the trip price, minus the deposit. Cancellations within 13 days of departure, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund. Please send all cancellation notifications to contact@nomadcollective.info.

Is there an age limit on trips?

Not at all! We welcome travelers of all ages. We believe that mixed-age groups tend to make for a better trip. Most of our trips are 21+, though we usually have a couple of 18+ options running as well.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We use Stripe, which offers payment plans through Afterpay / Clearpay, Klarna, and Affirm. If those do not work for you, please reach out and we will figure something out together.

Do you provide airport transportation?

We offer free airport transfers. After your deposit is paid, you'll receive an email with full trip details, including the specific windows when free transfers are available. If your flight falls outside those times, we're happy to help you coordinate a ride at your own expense.

Can you accommodate food allergies/dietary restrictions?

We're happy to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions. Just let us know your needs via email before the trip starts, and we'll work with you to plan meals accordingly. You're also always welcome to cook your own meals if you'd prefer.

If I wanted to skip out on an activity during a trip is that okay?

Accepted Answer

Every guest has full autonomy over how they spend their vacation. If you'd rather skip an activity and do your own thing, that's completely fine. We just ask for a few days' notice if you know there's something you'd like to sit out :)

How do sleeping arrangements work on a group trip?

Accommodation details are listed on each trip's booking page. Most trips offer a few options depending on your budget and preferences, including both shared and private rooms.
