Join us in Rio for 7 nights of surfing, hiking, and beach culture. Based right on Macumba Beach, the week includes five surf lessons, a sunset hike up Pedra do Pontal, paddleboarding, a samba and caipirinha class, and a beach clean-up to give back to the coast.

Whether you’re paddling out for the first time or already know your way around a board, this trip is a chance to spend a week living the surf lifestyle in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
We’ll spend 7 nights in Recreio dos Bandeirantes, a laid-back beach neighborhood on Rio’s west side, right on Macumba Beach. It’s far from the chaos of the city center, surrounded by green mountains, nature reserves, and some of the most consistent waves in Rio.
Throughout the week, you’ll get five surf lessons with instructors, including board and wetsuit rental. The coaching is suitable for complete beginners and more experienced surfers, and there’s also a surf skate workshop to help you build balance and flow on land.
